Single Sensor Scale Pallet Truck Load Indicator SSS

Patented single sensor system (Patent # 6855894)

A single sensor mounted on top of the A-frame of the pallet jack measures the deformation of the chassis under
load, and translates this into a weight indication in 10 lb increments (Tolerance: 0.9% of full capacity).
Application:
Simple check weighing, for avoiding overloads on lorries and warehouse racking, for determining shipping weights and verifying incoming goods. Weighing
during transport saves time, money and manpower.

Unique Features:
▲ Stronger than normal scale pallet jacks:
- no height increase: easy entry into pallets.
- no added weight because of double fork structure: user friendly.
▲ Indestructible: the sensor does not take the load, it only measures deformation. Sensor cannot be broken by direct impact or by overloading.
▲ One single sensor means low power consumption: works three times longer on a single battery charge. Automatic shut-off after 3 minutes gives 4000
weighing actions on one battery charge.
